Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rose@service.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

  4. Non-returnable Items:
    Certain items, including custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
